Hi

Iclone 5 Virtual Studio # 1 - all projects and props seem to render fine.

Iclone 5 Virtual Studio # 2 (just bought) - all three projects (Oval Office, Stage & President Conference) incorrectly render.

Note: Testing the props from the projects of Virtual Studio # 2 - the props render correctly.

Thus there seems to a problem with JUST the three "whole projects" of Virtual Studio # 2.

I am using the same exact output / HD 720p rendering settings.

I am confused. Texture map settings for ...? Individual props...???

The props loaded individually work / render fine. I can even bring in several at one time.

It is just when loading the PROJECT (all the props together) is when this occurs.

So I am clueless to your reply.

I have tested the three projects and they render to image and video just fine. I tried the HD settings you used and again I could find no problem at all.

Have you tried rendering a short video to uncompressed AVI and see if the images are still poor quality. Also make sure you have Pixel Shader mode selected in Preferences with all shader options turned on. This is important to get the best quality results from projects like these.

If you still find the problem persists whichever video format you use then please contact Tech Support using the link below. They will be able to advise you further.

Yes - I tried everything you have posted. But still trouble.

Note: on the AVI - the Stage will render correctly - but the other two (Oval & Press room) both
remain problematic.
