I am trying to place a physics cloth on the top of my character's head that will behave something like a cowl - where the cloth will flow down from the top of his head, fully drape the back and gently touch the sides of his face.  How do I get it to stop behaving like it's hanging on a clothes line?  Looking for all the help I can get :D

Just bumping it up -- anyone experiencing the physicis cloth yet?  Any tips or hints?
