Hi..

This sounds like a graphical issue so please check the following:

1) Make sure you have CrazyTalk 6 updated to the latest version 6.21.

2) Update your graphics drivers to the latest available.

Also if you are using Intel Graphics and Windows 7 then please refer to the link below. This gives a fix for a common issue with Intel Graphics chips and CT6.

I have a 60 second clip that I made in Crazy Talk 6. I have tried to "output" it to AVI, or WMV and All I get is sound and a white screen.  If I open in an play it in CT it play with the normal background, but when I try to output it the background goes to white.  I am using the Window 7 platform.  Any ideas.
