The screenshot attached shows that when I'm zoomed out the background looks lower against the character's face, a different camera angle than when I'm zoomed in.

Is there a way to change this so that zoomed in shots keep the same background basically? I've tried to insert the background a a prop to position behind me when I'm zooming in but I can't move a prop that big -- maybe I just don't know the interface.
