This is a question for Peter or anyone else from Reallusion...
I've seen several video demos for iClone 5, but none that show creating a walk or run cycle from scratch. Is there one? If not, is one planned?
I ask because I'd still like to see how the new version deals with all that foot slipping we've seen in earlier versions.

There are lots of new videos coming for iClone5 which will showcase all the major new features. We will be adding them gradually over the coming weeks leading up to the release of iClone5 in September.

My hope is that there'll be a system as is in CTA, that allows for tweaking walk cycles using sliders for arm sway, foot step length, head bob, etc...

That's excellent, Peter.
What about deals where I can upgrade from iClone 4 to 5 and, in the same deal, upgrade from 3DXchange standard to pro?
Now that I'm learning Blender, it would be nice to be able to build and rig characters there for use in iClone.
Cheers.

RiViT (8/6/2011) Overall, though, it's going to take a bit of effort to get me to spend money when Blender does almost everything iClone does for free.Blender can't do what iClone5 can do in real-time I assure you. :P With regards to special deals, apart from the two offers to get a free copy of iClone5 Pro there are no others to announce right now. If you wish to upgrade your 3DXchange Standard to Pro now then just login to your Account and click Bonus & Upgrade for your version of iClone4. You will find a good discount there. :)
