When trying to install any of the content in Crazytalk Animator Power Tools Vol 1 I get the Error Code:27; Error File:Building-01rlc; Error Msg:Failed to retrieve ID mapping data.

Both Crazytalk Animator and Power Tools Vol 1 were purchased and downloaded today.

Crazytalk Animator installed successfully.

Sorry to hear of your problems installing Power Tools.

I would advise downloading the pack again, just to eliminate a faulty installer, and try again. Also if you haven't already, please restart your computer before you try to install the content.
