When in Composer mode, and inserting and positioning a new body part with the sprite editor, once the sprite is roughly in the correct position, it would be nice to be able to nudge it a little more accurately into position with the arrow keys.

Another benefit to this functionality is how easy it is test that you have the sprite in exactly the correct position. If the sprite is being positioned over the full character image prop, if you nudge left one pixel and the area becomes one pixel thicker, and then nudge the other direction 2 pixels and the area becomes 1 pixel thicker in that direction, then you know the spot right in between is dead on.
