Bonjour merci pour la réponse.J'ai donné sur ce site le code de mon logicile et il me dit:félicitation enregistré avec succès.Mais quand je veux installer le programme dans mon ordinateur un message me dit que le code n'est plus valide!!!J'ai achetée ce programme il y a un moment il marchait très bien,ensuite je lai désinstallé plusieurs mois et maintenant le code n'est plus valide.Je ne sais pas quoi faire,içi c'est en anglais,je suis perdu.Help me please,tank you.

First thing to do is to try registering your software in your Account. This will tell you if the serial being entered is correct and for what version of software you have purchased. Try copying and pasting the serial to be sure you have it right.

If you are absolutely sure that you are entering the correct serial number and it still gets refused then you will need to contact Customer Support using the link below. They will be able to help you further.
