Has anyone else out there had an "Invalid serial number" issue during installation? Tech support has been useless. I incessantly get the run around. "Try this try that" I have tried everything that they have thrown at me. Does anyone know the return policy? Thanks One fed up customer

Sorry to hear of your continuing problems. While I can understand your frustration at still having these problems it will be best to continue to work with support to get this issue resolved. I'm sure they will be able to find a resolution to this unusual problem. Obviously as this is not a common problem it is taking longer than usual. If you do not wish to continue working with support then please let them know your wishes and they will be able to help you with your request.
