I have a an animation that just places a talking head onto a background image. The background image has a lot of white in it. When I export to video, that white turns to grey. I know it's not a problem with my background image because when i export to .JPG file instead of video, I see the white background as intended.

Please see screenshot.

Any help appreciated, thanks!

Did your original background have an RGB value of 255,255,255 which would be pure white?

I just did a test using the sample image you supplied and this exported to video for me as a white background and not grey as you showed in your example image.

One thing to make sure is that your graphics drivers are up to date. This is a common cause of graphical issues like the one you are experiencing.

The most common cause of issues like these is outdated graphics drivers or a graphics card not supported for CrazyTalk Animator. Please try updating your graphics drivers first but if this fails to help then please contact Tech Support using the link below.
