This is quite easy to achieve now in CrazyTalk Animator.
First thing to do is find or create an image that is 5 or 6 times wider than its height. This could be a street scene or rolling hills etc. A quick search of Google for panoramic images will show the type of image you need.
Then starting with the Timeline at Frame 1
1) Drag the image into your scene as a Prop.
2) Further adjust the width as desired in the Object Transform settings (avoid too much stretching)
3) Adjust the positioning of the Prop in your scene so you are looking at just the right hand end.
4) Then move the Timeline to Frame 100
5) Using the Object Transform increase 150 - 200 on the the X axis.
6) Move to Frame 200 on the Timeline.
7) Again increase the X Axis by another 150 - 200 in Object Transform.
8 Repeat the process until you reach the end of your background prop.
Obviously you will need to tweak the settings to your own requirements. If your character(s) will be running you will need to make the scrolling faster or slower for walking etc.
