This is a very interesting youtube channel
I cannot find any “behind  the scenes” info on how the animations are made but they could easily be made with Cartoon animator on a low end PC with no GPU
they are very simple (some what low effort) “slice of life” animation clips that seem to target women.
Their view counts are huge!! however and according the to the social blade youtube tracking website , their estimated ad revenue on you tube is around $40,000 USD per month.
A good example of finding your niche and capitalizing it to the maximum
