Please can you post your system specifications including graphics card as the error message indicates this might be the problem.

You have 54 chairs and a lot of characters in the room. Can you cut the scene in half and see if that helps. Do you have texture maps on the chairs or the color box. And each character you are using has over 50 texture maps each. That is over a 1000 texture maps in the scene just with characters. One character has texture maps for shirt, pants, shoes, hair, face, arms, body, legs, teeth, eyes, eyebrows, tongue, fingernails. Each texture map has 4 images per item at least.
Some texture maps are 2k, 1024, 512 and less.  You have a lot going on in the scene without motion.
You can use the male and female dummy bots in place of characters to set up the scene. You can change the color of the dummy bots to pink and blue.

I see you only have a 4GB VRAM in your video card, which tells me that it is not very powerful.

But as Peter mentioned we need system specs to be able to be of assistance.
