i would like to use body mocap on a certain pose (the female pose stand) but the character reset to default pose which is straight, yes i can apply the pose after but then the body doesnt move anymore, any solution to have an arbitrary default pose when mocap ? thanks

Unfortunately I'm not really understanding what you are trying to do. Are you referring to facial or body mocap? With body mocap you don't use poses as a starting point but start in the default calibrated position and create your custom motion clips from there which can be saved and applied to any character afterwards. You can also mix custom made motion clips with the included motion clips or poses on the timeline and set transitions between them as required.

Perhaps you can explain more about your planned workflow and also which mocap software/hardware you are using. Thanks.
