Hi, this is the second time I've been running Accurig with the first time going quite smoothly. But this time, after going through all the steps, the last step to put my character into the check animation stage has resulted in the program not loading beyond 96%. The program isn't frozen or anything, as the check animation preview is still moving, but it does appear unresponsive as it doesn't cancel the process when I ask it to (and therefore requries me to force the program close to try again). I thought this was an error when updating so I redownloaded the program and the same problem still persists. Is this because I haven't logged in? If so, the program won't open the log in window when I clicked on the "user" button up top either.
