Several bug fixes.

Fixed:

SVG characters created with Corel Draw do not have proper layers, causing the character to flatten into a single image. (Feedback Tracker 11492)
Residue animations still remain even after remove timeline keys while the orthographic camera is in use.
Application crashes after a bone is added to the hair and 360 Head is enabled.
Application crashes when "View unpurchased items" is clicked while the scene contains trial content.
Application crashes when Motion Live is enabled without the proper microphone permissions.
Importing certain characters causes the application to crash.
Applying RL motion to bone-hand characters causes the application to crash.
