Hello everyone,
I just noticed a new issue since the last update. Whenever I try to break the facial animation clip for further editing, it keeps the clip as it is but deletes all animation data it has. Couldn't find a way to solve it. Anyone having this issue too ?

Yes, and there are a number of other facial expression bugs, including:
1. The fact that when you double click in the Expressions track in the timeline it brings up the body animation window, not the expressions window.
2. Clicking to create a keyframe in the Expressions timeline doesn't always work and is temperamental.
3. When I export my character (with the face and body animations) to Unreal Engine, the facial expressions are totally exaggerated with the: * hair and brows sinking beneath the head mesh; and * head rotations swinging around 180 degrees in some cases.
The lesson I take from this is update to the new version after all the bugs are fixed, because now I'm stuck! unless I resort back to the previous versions, which is an unnecessary head ache.

i dont understand that, i write software myself, the first thing i do when i notice a bug, if fix it. THEN i go on developing, not the other way around Just look at that feedback tracker (go back one or two years) :-(

Hi, Trender 3D We cannot reproduce your issues. Could you kindly provide some screen recordings of the problems? Regarding the FBX issue in Unreal, would you mind providing your FBX file so we can check it? thanks, Trender 3D (9/8/2024) Yes, and there are a number of other facial expression bugs, including:

Hi, Trender 3D
Thank you for helping us identify these issues. We have fixed all of them, and the new version is expected to go live next week. luke (RL) (9/10/2024)

Hello Luke,
I thought at first the hotfix solved the issue of fixing the break facial animation problem. It did but only for the "first" animation clip. When it comes to the others, it deletes once again the animation data. I have to export all animation clips separately, break and edit them individually, and then re-export them for proper use.
