The only way you can do that is using visible/invisible...
At frame 0, click the eye icon (top bar) and set your PopVideo to invisible.
At the moment you want it to appear make visible, it will start from beginning.
You will have to find the frame where your PopVideo is finished and make it invisible again.
You can use these steps several times on your timeline...
