Hi, guys. Can anyone help me, please? I recently updated iClone 8.4 to iClone 8.5. But when I want to open it, iClone doesn't seem to respond any click or keyboard input. I have a video below that shows what's happening at least for me:

Hi, dodomedina4 Please try uninstalling iClone, then go to your installation path, delete the iClone 8 folder, and attempt to install it again.

Hi, luke! I followed your steps. But after uninstalling iClone, removing iClone 8 folder, and lastly reinstalling it, I'm still getting the same problem. It launches the app, but I cannot click it.

I think I could fix it. My problem was Unreal Live Link. For some reason, in my case, when I uninstalled Unreal Live Link and reinstalled it, my problem was solved. Thank you!

When you get this warning sound and cannot click on anything, this usually means that there is likely some modal window open, for example a message box, which first must be closed in order to be able to access the main program window. Maybe it was an error message regarding Unreal Live Link.
But it can easily happen that this message box is hidden behind the main program window. So you don't see anything and cannot use the program and you cannot move the main program window out of the way. Sometimes this might be solvable by using keyboard commands.

I had the same problem. Uninstalling LiveLink didn't help me but they were able to figure out what registry keys need to be deleted and will update the app for anyone that might have this problem. For me it was the popup Crash dialog asking to recover or cancel but it wasn't visible until the fix.

IIRC i reported this long time ago, RL message windows tend to be hidden and not visible in the windows taskbar dependig on how the program starts and what the user is doing while it starts, so they either make an app inacessable or the window cant be clicked under certain circumstances. eg.open a few other apps, start an RL program, press ALT+F4 for example to hide a few windows, this will most likely happen then.
