I downloaded the trial version of Character Creator 4 and I watched the video https://courses.reallusion.com/home/character-creator/getting-started?v=character-creator-4-tutorial-getting-started-with-character-creator-4. However I have a couple issues which are:
  • No side bar on the right

  • I click on morph (toggle gizmo on/off) but I’m unable to click and drag on certain areas to adjust them

  • I click on the Morphs button, and I have very few morhphs (the video shows many different morphs). My different morphs or different features are only limited to: base_eye, base_eyeOcculus, base_TearLine and base_Teeth

  • If I click on Currently Used, nothing happens (in the video, it shows the morphs currently being utilized in the model)

  • I don’t have the option to adjust the different features, because the sliders don’t pop up

How do I solve these issues?

You can turn on the Modify Panel (right side panel) under Window on the Menu Bar or by pressing F6.

For the missing content issue, please ensure you have installed everything under "Free Resource" before using CC4. Just double click each thumbnail as shown below to install.

If you do still have issues after checking the above, please post a full size screenshot of your CC4 display so we can see what the problem is. Thanks.

As I mentioned previously you can turn on and off all the right and left side panels by clicking Window on the Menu Bar. Try turning on Content Manager from there or press F4.
