Have you tried restarting your computer and attempted to uninstall again? This may help.
You could also try to install iClone4 again but this might fail depending on the status of the installation files. Please note doing this may add another of your five install credits.
If no success, please contact Reallusion Support using the link below. They will be able to advise you further how to successfully uninstall the software.
