It's a long time since I've used Cartoon Creator (4) and I'm getting back into it now.

I use an HD Pro Webcam C920 - which is connected to my computer and works fine with every other piece of software (I'm using Windows 11).
I've uninstalled and re-installed Motion Live 2D and Face MOCAP but when I open Motion Live 2D and select FACE3D, it says "Failed to connect to Face3D server. Make sure the Face3D Tracker is opened and check your physical webcam is activated".

I've temporarily disabled Bitdefender in case that was the issue, but that made no difference.
Anyone got any ideas?

Are you opening the Face3D app which is separate from Cartoon Animator 4? If so, check in Settings to make sure your webcam is selected.
