Hi Patrick

It's quite easy to get this look in CC4.

If you don't want to do it all yourself, you can make it easier by starting with a suitable stylized body shape purchased from the Content Store or Marketplace. Our own Cartoon Character Designer pack offers a variety of toon morphs which you could tweak to get the shape you want. Alternatively you can just buy a single character which already has the shape you need. Some examples are linked below, but many others are available. You will normally want to find one that is more rounded rather than one with a distinct angular face or body shape.

Once you have the character you want, you just have to remove all clothing, hair, eyebrows etc. You can then optionally remove all the supplied textures which often contain facial and body definition and replace them with a simple flat clay coloured texture over the entire body. Finally if you don't want the eyes visible, just close the eyes and then save as a new character.
