Hey,
I downloaded both trial versions of CA successfully. I downloaded the old version of CA4 for my Mac at work because I'm considering it for a large animation project - and was so impressed with what I saw, I downloaded the current version CA5 for my custom PC at home.
The thing is, I cannot download anything else. I've tried to download additional trial accessories to test them on the figures and after I choose them (using the correct methods as described on the Real Illusion website) no Download link appears to actually pull them down onto my computers! On both the PC and Mac too. I am quite perplexed because I am doing exactly what's explained, to the letter.
Has anyone else experienced this? I have seen references to this problem elsewhere.

Hi... The trial versions of Cartoon Animator comes with a selection of content to try out. This can be done in CTA5 by installing all the content packs in the "Free Resource" section of Content Manager. Instructions on how to do this can be found below. https://courses.reallusion.com/home/smart-gallery/smart-content-manager-for-cta-5/getting-started?v=cartoon-animator-5-tutorial-getting-started-with-smart-content-managerHowever, if you wish to use content from the Content Store or Marketplace then you will need the full version of Cartoon Animator 5. This is because content is linked to your software's serial number which the trial version doesn't have. So if you do decide to purchase CTA5 then you will be able to easily install the trial content available from the Marketplace.
