Hello, 

I tried to buy the pack  at 799 containing CC4 + headshots +  iclone etc 
I bought the membership at 99 with my credit card and all good, but after that I tried to buy the pack with same card and always failing, I have the money, this card have no payment limit ect but impossible to buy.
So I tried with another card same result, so I try with a friend card failed again... What should I do to buy this products ?

I worked the whole day on a character to try the soft, I want to keep it now but I can't because I can not save in trial..
I do not want to lose this character as it came up really really good...
If I buy a license please tell me that I will keep my character ?

Now the website is locked and I can not do anything....
