To late I guess. I filled it out 27 times, I am sick of it. I opened a Art-station account, uploaded 2 Videos (Turntable and a shot) to ,created 4 Images in the right size and a thumb, entered all the links but, always the same. I needed to Google what WIP-Account actually means, My mistake, that I expected an Explanation for this.  I do not know what is still wrong.. I am obviously too  stupid for this. 
Every time you submit it and it fails you have to fill out the whole thing again, that is annoying. No way to save your Application.  I also do not know what a "beauty-Render" really is, I render just in IClone or CC4. It is not explained what that means.  I guess I am not "professional" enough to be part of your competitions, it failed now for the 5 year in a row.
I am with Iclone since version 2. I upgraded to 4,6,7 and 8. I use CC since it came out, used 3DXchange and all the other stuff. Lot of money for a simple hobby...
Seems I am to stupid to fill out your forms.
In my days we had to create things like that to please the dumbest thinkable user, today I guess you have to be a super smart hip and woke teenager or IT professional to be able to attend a simple  competition. Old farts like me are not welcome anymore in this new and young world. You COULD have made it simple. But then stupid people like me were able to attend....

I ran into this as well.
For me, it was that I was too close to the size limit on the Beauty image uploads.
I deleted one and then it submitted  :)

I accidently upload thumbnail images in the pose images section while submitting!! And it looks weird now:((
