Issue : when exporting a charcter from CC4 to Zbrush via GoZ, the default size is waaaaay too big, and the adapted size ( 0,01 ) is waaaaay too small ( smaller than a primitive cube ). The tools, brushes and camera of Zbrush aren't made to work at these sizes. And when using the adapted scale, the meshes get all "inflated" and buggy, and some parts of the character are not even scaled properly ( sometimes the eyes get bigger for some reason for instance ).

So, is there a way to change that export size somewhere ? A config file or something ?

Scale in Zbrush has always been a mess, but it's really important to work at the right one. It could also be useful to move the character at the center of the scene instead of having the feet on the "floor" ( another notion that Zbrush tends to manage poorly ).

If I had to choose, a human character should be around 2 or 3 times taller than the base cube. This allows the small parts like eyes to be big enough while keeping the brushes and camera in a workable state.

It seems like the issue you're facing is a bit uncommon. In order to help you better, we'll need to take a look at the files to identify the problem. Can you tell us if this character is one of our official models from Reallusion, or if it was imported into CC4 from an external source?

To get this resolved, you can submit a ticket to us and attach the files. Once we have the files, our team will look into the matter and provide the necessary assistance.
