Hello. Just to say, it's impossible to import actors from AccuRig since 2 weeks at least now. I opened a support ticket [Removed By Moderator] but didn't get any answer for now. I suppose there is a service interruption during the holidays (understandable) but does anyone know when it will start again ? Unfortunately that make the whole thing useless for me and a lot of other people, when this could be a great tool... Thank you.

Hi... I'm sorry to hear you are having problems with the ActorCore service. Please try logging out of your account on the page below and then log back in again. Then try to upload to ActorCore again. Does this work? https://actorcore.reallusion.com/3d-character/myActorIf it doesn't, Technical Support will need to check your account for any problems (I will ask them to look into this issue and get back to you as soon as possible).

Thank you for your fast answer. I tried log out/ log in, reinstallation of AccuRig and to keep opened https://www.reallusion.com/ while I was logged during the export, but nothing works. I'm wondering if the problem is not that connection between my realillusion account and the AccuRig software, because my name appear on the upper right corner of the website, but in AccuRig it's just written "user"... Indeed and that works now ! Here is the answer from the support team Please try the following steps:
1. Download the attachment clearToken.zip 2. Unzip it and run clearToken.bat Note: There will be no any notice after you double click to run the bat file. 3. Reinstall AccuRIG, see if now you can log into your account in AccuRIG.
