Please try using GOZ again. After using GOZ, wait for the current file transfer to complete.
It’s possible that during the transfer, your mesh was interrupted, causing some materials to lack diffuse or normal maps because the transfer was not completed successfully.
If you encounter the same issue after trying again, please provide the full process from launching CC4 to ZBrush, including the steps taken in the edit operation.
