The problem I run into when I am using more gymnastic animations like a fight scene, or have my characters sit in some poses is that the default way CC3+ avatar's body bends looks unnatural in some parts. I know some workarounds for this, for example in Blender I can sculpt and keyframe key shapes for a specific animation but it is really-really time consuming and it would be much more efficient to just simply have a modified base shape for my characters in these poses automatically.
There are some tutorials for solving this issue, for example this:
(47) Blender 2.82 : Pelvis Weight Paint Drivers (In 2 Minutes) - YouTube
This looks like a great solution but it doesn't work with CC3+ characters, I can't add the drivers the same way it works in the video and I'm not even sure if I could, this would work upon re-importing the character to CC.
Have anyone tried to solve this problem before specifically with CC avatars? Is there a solution for this?
Thank you in advance for any answers.
