Hello,

I am having an issue with CC4 where I have no working morph sliders and there is no content in the content tab.

For fixing I have tried:
1 Reinstalling the program and deleting all folders in the Reallusion folder and reinstalling using the hub.
2 Toggling the show sub-item in the modify tab
3 Refresh/update sliders in the help tab

In looking for a solution, I clicked create head and body morphs, which created a few sliders that adjust the head and body a bit but are not useful and they persist after reinstalling and deleting the reallusion file on the install drive.

Is anyone aware of some kind of fix???

Hi...

What is displaying in Content Manager? Is it entirely empty or do you have the content folder structure displayed (Project, Actor, Skin etc.)?

If the latter, have you installed all the "Free Resources" which can be found under Template > Pack? These will give you the bulk of the content that comes with CC4.

Do also try clicking "Refresh" in Content Manager and try to take a screenshot of any error messages about connection issues that may appear.

Not really sure why I had to fix the program when I downloaded it from the proper sources but it seems to be working as advertised now.
