Unfortunately it isn't possible to import an OBJ and make it a CC3+ Standard Character.

What you can do is import it as Non-Standard Character (Humanoid) where you can rig it using AccuRig and it will then be compatible with all your standard motion files. It won't however be compatible with CC3+ specific features like SkinGen or be able to apply any CC clothing to it. If you want the character clothed it will be best to do that in Fuse and then import the clothed character into CC4.

I've created a character in Fuse. It exports as an OBJ. I imported it into CC4 along with a dress I got from Daz. I know that transferring skin weights is only available for CC3+ characters. How do I convert the Fuse OBJ model into a CC3+ character?
