Hey guys, I bought a few motion files from Actorcore and they with my character when I double click it. However, when I try to add them to the perform list editor, it gives the error "Files with invalid characters cannot be added to the perform list. Only alphanumeric, underscores and spaces are allowed." I've triple checked the file names but can't figure out why it's not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Can you share the motion filename that you are having issues with? Also have you tried editing the filename to just a single word with no spaces, underscores etc. Does this work?

Hi Peter, it's has an .imotion file extension and I've tried everything including your suggestion to just use characters without spacing or underscores.
At first I thought it was the file I bought but I got another one which had the same result.

Hi... I just tried a variety of different motion files (.rlmotion, .imotion, fbx) using the Perform List Editor and all were accepted without issue (see below for an example). Are you using the latest version of CC4 which is 4.42? If not, please update and try again. And just to eliminate an issue with the motion files themselves, perhaps you can send one of the problematic ones to me via a PM and I will test it. You might also want to consider uninstalling CC4 and performing a clean install of the latest version in case of an issue with your current installation. 75% of original size (was 667x19) - Click to enlarge

I'm facing the same issue too. Did you manage to solve it by any chance?
