Hello! I've been using the Auto Setup for Unity with no issues until today. Now, whenever I try to export a character with animations - using the same workflow I have documented here - I'm getting an Argument exception "Blend Shape name already exists". It then imports everything except the animations I created in iClone. I've attached an image of the error. Any help would be greatly appreciated,

It's saying there's a problem with the mesh. One of the meshes (a hair mesh) has multiple blend shapes with the same name. This is not allowed in Unity and shouldn't really be happening at all.
What hair is on the character?
You could try re-applying a facial profile on the character before exporting, that usually cures expression blend shape problems. But if it's a problem specific to a particular hair mesh, then you may have to replace it, or edit it to cut out the duplicate blend shape,

Thank you for the reply. The hair on the character was "Short blowback" but I just removed the hair in its entirety and re-applied the facial profile and I'm still getting the same issue.
How would I go about editing the specific duplicated blend shape/is this a bug?
I'm going to try a work around by animating in iClone, exporting back to character creator, and then exporting to Unity.

If it's crashing in the same place then it likely not that hair mesh. Short Blowback doesn't have any blend shapes.
More likely it's eye brows or facial hair causing it. (They are loaded with blend shapes)
Some exact steps to reproduce this would go a long way, otherwise it's just guesswork.

Thank you for your help. After some testing, I'm not sure if this applies to all facial hair styles but I tested multiple and when there was any type of facial hair, it would not correctly export. After removing all of them - it exported fine.
Steps I took: 1. Designed character in Character Creator 4 2. Sent Character to iClone 3. Animated and applied hair in iClone(animations included face puppet and motion puppet along with vismes created using replica studios plugin) 4. export FBX based on usage documentation 5. drag folder into Unity 6. import character using Reallusion plug in 7. build materials in Unity using plugin
