If that's Cycles in Blender 4.0+, then try to separate the Eyelashes from the body mesh.
The Random Walk Scattering will bleed in colours from any connected meshes and doesn't take transparency into account. So the black colouring of the eyelashes bleeds into the neighbouring skin, which usually looks like blueish smears near the eyes and around the eyelids.
Or change the Subsurface scattering method to Christensen-Burley, which is much less interesting but doesn't do this.
Edit: You can also try turning down the Subsurface Weight in the material paramters. Depending on the skin textures the subsurface effects can get out of hand.
