Sorry to hear you have encountered problems downloading your content.
You mention encountering the problem after purchasing new content. Does that mean you didn't have any problems prior to purchasing this new content?
If you haven't already, please completely shut down your computer and perform a clean restart. Then try downloading your content from CC4 again before opening any other apps. Does the same error message appear?
If so, I would advise contacting
Technical Support for further help. They should eb able to take a deeper dive into your computer settings to try and diagnose the cause of the issue.
