Hello! Today I've purchased some new content but it's not appearing in the content browser.
Hopefully there's someone out there who can help me, I have a deadline creeping up.

Hitting the refresh button gives an error:
"Connection failed!
An unexpected error as occured, please confirm internet connection and try again."

I've tried many things to fix this issue however nothing has worked. I've tried everything from this thread: https://kb.reallusion.com/General/50027/How-to-fix-connection-issue-though-I-was-actually-on-internet
I've reinstalled all reallusion products.
I have the .rlcontent files and I've read that you can manually install them to CC3 and transfer to CC4 but I can't find any downloads for older CC softwares..

Sorry to hear you have encountered problems downloading your content.

You mention encountering the problem after purchasing new content. Does that mean you didn't have any problems prior to purchasing this new content?

If you haven't already, please completely shut down your computer and perform a clean restart. Then try downloading your content from CC4 again before opening any other apps. Does the same error message appear?

If so, I would advise contacting Technical Support for further help. They should eb able to take a deeper dive into your computer settings to try and diagnose the cause of the issue.

I received a reply to my ticket saying there were issues with the platform mechanism last night and that it's been fixed. Everything seems to be working now!
