I'm trying to offset my pose since the arms are going through the character. I've seen on the the main manual (CC4 manual guide) That I can use pose offset. This is where I get lost since my pose offset looks completely different. It seems i'm missing key features like the mannequin. I'm not able to adjust anything. Am I missing something? The manual also doesn't provide any info on how to get the window other then clicking pose offset. You can find the screenshots as a attachment.
