So I know I've tested this in the past with EXACTLY the same workflow, but now I can't get a video I shot to load into Accuface, no matter what format I convert it to (I brought it into Premiere and converted it to MOV, to MP4 and to AVI, tried 1080p, 720p and all fail). Anyone have any clues as to what format I could try next? This is really frustrating because I recorded this video months ago with a visit from the grandkids just assuming all would be well. And, of course, the video plays just fine everywhere else no matter what I try. (Oh, and I'm including a short snippet in MP4 format just to see if you guys can tell if I'm missing something obvious).

Just in case anyone is following this - the videos DO work on my older machine (with a 3090 card). It's the 4090 one they do not work on (and, yes, I've installed the right version of the plugin). After uninstalling and reinstalling I'm convinced it's a bug in the 4090 plugin. I've contacted support.
