So, has anyone else had a problem with the new GoZ Plus? For example, I was going to experiment with Kevin and Camila. Keven worked just fine, if a bit slowly in transferring over and back. However, when I tried to send Camila, I received a message that the diffuse and normal maps could not be located, and that could cause unexpected results. When Camila finally did open in Z Brush, I was able to do some sculpting, etc., but I never could get her to go back to Character Creator. By the way, that has happened on two separate computers, one of which is brand new with a completely new install of all my Reallusion products.

Computer specs:
AMD Ryzen 9 7845HX, 3.00 GHz
RAM: 64.0 GB
nVidia Geforce
RTX 4080, 12 GB of vRAM

As always, thanks for your help.
Terry

I've had that message pop up & also this popped up when I was sending mesh to & from Zbrush "The Goz has been interrupted due to data processing in Zbrush. Please wait for the process to finish, or click the Restart CC GoZ Plus plugin if this message persists, then try again" I reinstalled both programs btw & still same situation/

Did you get any help from the assistance or have you managed to figure out a fix? I've got the same issue with a character i created within CC4.
EDIT: I might be wrong but I think it's related to the CC_Base_EyeOcclusion (at least in my case) which is actually missing both Diffuse and Normal maps (am pretty ignorant and don't even know if such body part should actually have diffuse and normal lol), cause if for example i delete that body mesh and send click the GoZ button, no errors are popping up and the character appear in Zbrush without problems (but without CC_Base_EyeOcclusion of course!). I'm gonna try and see if assigning a blank texture for Base Color to the mesh fix the issue and will let you know.

Ran into an issue where the GoZ button in CC4 would not bring up any dialogue window and the solution was two parts:
1.Removing any existing registry entries for versions of Maxon ZBrush that were no longer installed on the machine under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Maxon

2. Copying the Character Creator 4 GoZ Plus plugin file/folder from
C:\Program Files\Reallusion\Character Creator 4\Resource\ICGoZBrush\ZBScript
 CCGoZ.zsc
 CCGoZData
to EVERY installation of ZBrush on the machine
C:\Program Files\Maxon ZBrush {version}\ZStartup\ZPlugs64

When I had the plugin installed in only one version of ZBrush it wouldn't work. Wasn't until I copied it to every version (2022, 2023, 2024) that the dialogue window started showing up for me.
