Nevermind it was malware on my PC.  Fixed now thanks.

No.  That's the first thing I tried. Nothing has changed on my system.  Are these files available on Github or somewhere else? 

Try right clicking the .exe and choose "Run As Administrator". Does this allow it to install correctly?

I am working a C++ project in 5.4.  I just installed the CC4 Auto Setup 135 for Unreal executable file from the Website.  When I click on it nothing happens.  Just a quick blue circle spins then...nothing?  I have never had issues like this before and I have the Auto Setup 1.32 for 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3.  Has anyone else had this issue.  Its suppose to load the file into my Reallusion/SharedPlugins/AutoSetup/Unreal folder but again is simply does nothing??  please help!
