Hi David

If you are new to CTA5 then it may be wise to start with an existing character and use that as a template to create your own character.

So in your Content Manager > Actor > Human > 1_G3 360 Human folder you will see you have a character called Roger who has a back facing option. Using this character you can send it to your image editing software from Composer mode and change the existing sprites with your own sprites.

You can find a tutorial on changing sprites below which should help.

Hi I am very new to Cartoon Animator 5 and I want to develop a character that has his back to the camera and is able to walk away from the camera in the z-axis.

Can anyone point me to a tutorial or video that could help please?

Thanks
