Hello, I currently work at a larger company (Germany if relevant) and we're planning to have multiple AI-Chat-Bots (XR Application) at a conference stand in a few months for promotional purposes. Now since i already thought about purchasing the CC4 for personal side projects, i wanted to know if say we stick with what comes standard with the software (no purchases), i could potentialy just purchase the software myself and export them into this project for the corporate conference app, or would the company need to purchase a license itself? Second question because I've been looking at the online licensing agreements and i want to be one hundred percent sure before i present it to be used: As long as we don't use anything bought in the store can we export an unlimited amount of the characters we created to other Development Tools like Unity, Blender or Unreal? It states that with the standard license you can only use everything once, but is that also true for the free templates and free accesoires an other customisations? And lets say we publish the app to different App stores at the end will we still be able to use them (especially if I as an individual working at the company am the person who purchased the software)?

Hi... If you are the only person using CC4 and iClone8 then you can certainly use the software to generate characters and animations for use in your companies projects using only the embedded content. Of course should other members of your company also wish to work with Character creator and iClone then they would also need a license.

Second question because I've been looking at the online licensing agreements and i want to be one hundred percent sure before i present it to be used: As long as we don't use anything bought in the store can we export an unlimited amount of the characters we created to other Development Tools like Unity, Blender or Unreal? Yes the embedded content that comes with Character Creator and iClone can be exported and used in multiple commercial projects such as games, apps or VR. However, if you wish to use additional content such as clothing, hair etc. purchased from the Content Stores, then you would need to purchase the Extended License version of any applicable content.

I hope this helps.

Thank you so much, for the quick answer! That answered all of my questions, i just wanted to make sure because a lot of creation tools have very specified licensing rules for such circumstances.
