Dear Developers.
Please be informed that the Developer Management Backend 1.0 will no longer be available after June 30, 2024. Since Reallusion has provided developers with a better publishing experience through interface optimization and new features of the Management Backend 2.0. The Management Backend 2.0 can now also receive and download the latest relevant updates, including newly enhanced features such as Dashboard, Promotion, Message Center, Subscription, Tag setting, Batch Editor, and Sales Report which has now integrated the sales data from both the Content Store and Marketplace into a unified report.
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns by replying below. Thanks.

None of the added reports have any connection with customer base. We need to have that information which was available in v1: https://marketplace.reallusion.com/Management/MessageDirectAddList.aspx

Message Center does not work properly in 2.0 either -- for each message under 'System Notifications' it includes a link. If I click on the link, the message I am looking for is not shown in the 'Direct Messages' list. I am also getting messages sent to/replies from Adolph.Antatreus products. Definitely needs more work before switching off the old version...

Hi gordryd,
Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. Upon reviewing your account, we observed that you indeed received a notification from Ananse in your System Notifications. However, when you attempted to access it through Direct Messages, it wasn't available. This is because the message was part of the Product Q&A section and not intended for Direct Messages. We acknowledge this discrepancy and will make the necessary adjustments to ensure clarity in the future.
Additionally, regarding your receipt of messages from Adolf, this is because you participated in a Q&A thread where Adolf was also active. As a result, you will receive subsequent comments from Adolf and other users within that discussion. This is not a bug, but please do verify on your end to ensure everything is in order.
Regarding the List issue mentioned by 4u2ges, it has not been removed. It is now integrated within the "Send Message" button. Once you click on "To" (recipient), you will be directed to the "Pick Recipients" menu, where you can find this list.
We believe that Backend 2.0 offers improved speed and usability compared to 1.0, and we encourage everyone to switch to using Backend 2.0 for ongoing management. However, if there are any oversights or issues that we may have missed, please feel free to inform us. Your feedback is invaluable.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Hi, I see it now, thanks. I however expected it would be accessible with more convenient way than in v1.0. Even in 1.0 I could use a direct link extracted from a popup. And most importantly the link is gone from "Purchased Items" column where we could see a purchase history for a particular user. Those are very basic functions for any vendor back-end management system. Just a single button for "Purchase History" from within main page without popups would serve us much more conveniently. Now regarding Subscriptions. It's more like a front end where I see a list of other developed I follow - those are not "followers". For back end I would like to see a list of users who does follow me as a developer. Those would be a true "followers" as you guys named a list. On a positive note, I like a new consolidated content management, easily switchable from a drop-down.

For now I always had to go to Backend 1.0 to add AI attribute, do NOT see this option in 2.0! I pointed this out to dev team a while ago... No attribute option at all. Besides that, I notice my character has a vector attribute which is NOT correct, in Backend 1.0 it is not ticked... I don't want to mislead my customers! https://marketplace.reallusion.com/donald-trump-506698

Again, NO way to add "AI" attribute in Backend 2.0 to a pack, only individual items. As all my content has this attribute, I want to keep this consistent. Please add this option before decommissioning Backend 1.0! Thanx

Hi 4u2ges,Regarding the link for the Purchased item you mentioned, we indeed missed it in version 2.0. We will try to add this feature back before closing version 1.0. However, the adjustments for the Follower and Purchase History involve higher development costs, and we will have further discussions on these.

If any item has this option selected, the Pack containing this item will display the AI icon. However, if you intend to sell only the Pack, you are less likely to edit items. Therefore, we will try to reopen the Pack's Attribute menu before closing version 1.0. Additionally, concerning the incorrect Vector Attribute of your character, our backend data shows that the Vector data was detected when the character was uploaded to the backend from SG, hence it was automatically selected. You have also contacted the AP team, and they should respond to you. If the data is confirmed to be incorrect, we will help you remove this Attribute.

Option to add AI attribute directly to pack as in 1.0 would be great! The vector attribute was due to hands still being vector, changed that and now vector attribute is gone. I didn't want customers think they can change colors via vector for whole character... Thanx! ;)
