Hello,
I am new to CC, and I tried to import my DAZ3D genesis 9 actors, first creating a character and selecting nonhuman (non cc avatar) and it brings just the character itself with the right textures, but not eyes and can't talk or have expressions, Just the walk or idle animation works. Trying with the CC3+ transformer, it brings the eyes and everything and I am able to use CC4 for morphing it, but the textures are the default ones in cc4 and when uploading the real character ones manually as you see they are messed up. So how is the correct way of importing a DAZ character?

Thanks in advanced!

Hi...

If you are using Transformer, do make sure to choose "Advanced" and then check the box to "Bake Body Texture" as shown below. This should give you the original Daz textures.

Amazing! Thanks so much Peter, it was the baking the thing I wasn't doing, I knew it must have been something basic I was missing. It's working now.
