I put in a ticket for a problem with the link not accepting any props from Iclone8, to be told that it does not work with 5.4 - 5.2 and now it has been a week they have not replied to my question of when will it be updated.
They ask me to supply a project for them to look at, but I cannot even get as far as creating a project for Unreal for them to look at.
They are truly unhelpful, so I guess it was my fault for buying a plugin that does not work.
So can any one here shed any light as to why I cannot transfer anything apart from a character over to Unreal that does not follow the animations in Iclone whatsoever.
I am really frustrated as I have this for 3 months now and still cannot use it.

I've install lastest from Reallusion hub but there no iClone Live Link Plug-in for Unreal 5.4 folder. Its has only 5.1 5.2 and 5.3

I've install lastest from Reallusion hub but there no iClone Live Link Plug-in for Unreal 5.4 folder. Its has only 5.1 5.2 and 5.3To fully install iClone Unreal Live Link for Unreal 5.4, please make sure you have the latest version of the following software.
iClone 8.41 (8.41.2815.1) or higher - install from Reallusion HUB
Unreal Live Link Plug-in for iClone 1.31 (1.31.2809.1) - install from the Reallusion HUB to iClone; make sure to hit the 'Updates' in the HUB if you have previous version installed iClone Live Link plugin for Unreal 1.62 - download and install from Unreal Marketplace / Launcher Auto Setup for Unreal 1.35 (1.35.6625.1) - download and manually copy folders to your Unreal project (Refer HERE).

Just tried to add LL to 5.4... When I got it right, we now don't add a folder manually but use launcher. Though, no 5.4 slot in launcher...
What am I missing??
