aaah I see ,Sorry, I didn't read well. I confirm , You're right, I do the same thing, I send to CC4 by Iclone.  Next time, I'l try the vodoo dance, it' seems to be a great idea :D, You made my day with this


     

Yeah, I've done this, done a voodoo dance, just about anything else I can think of to make it show up and it won't, at least not in CC4 (but it DOES show up in iClone so that at least means I can get at it.  And then move it to my "motions" folder which is something iClone can never touch).

Yeah, It's frustrating I agree. I had this problem too and I realize that they won't show if you don't change the filter thing to "all". Now, when I buy new contents, I verify two things before refresh : 
1-change filter to "all"
2-verify both "pack" and "item"

I FINALLY got them (after almost a month) to show up in iClone, but still can't get them to show up in CC4 (I'll copy them over to the directories, though - I also have a separate motion directory I use from File Manager anyway because it's just SO much easier than dumb content manager).

I guess because I don't use motions (much) in CC4 it's no big deal, but honestly this is pretty crummy.

Hey Kelly,
I had similar problems like you have, I expected the items to appear under Newly Purchased, but they just didnt. 

It took a good while for them to show in their respective categories, but still not under Newly Purchased.

So once again the stupid Dumb Content thingee isn't finding my purchased animations - I bought all the "Chubby" moves stuff and they don't show up, not when I refresh, not when I try updating, not anything.

And, of course, we can't download manually anymore.  Other than putting a trouble ticket in, anyone have any ideas on how to fix this %$@$ problem (one reason I'm getting more and more hesitant to buy ANYTHING from RL).
