Hi there. Sorry for asking dumb newbie questions. I want to capture full body/handsface/audio mocap. The ambition is to be able to capture nuanced expression of a few different characters talking/narrating - the kind of expressive, conversational movement levels. This is not smash-about 3D gaming characters. We're tried using movement libraries and custom-made movements but none of it come across as convincing. Hence exploring full mocap. So we've been looking at the Rokoko offering for this but are confused by the future pipeline.
The Rokoko demo guy insists that the suit has to be plugged in to Rokoko Studio software (suit bundle comes with an annual license for Studio Pro software. They also throw in the Rokoko Facial Motion plug-in app (also an annual license), to go on an iPhone. But if I read through the Reallusion materials, it suggests that with the iClone Rokoko Full Mocap profile (including Hand Mocap profile), I can use the Rokoko suit etc. directly in iClone - 30 day trial then a (not inexpensive) license fee. But what about the iClone LiveFace Profile for Motion LIVE? It's really not clear whether the Rokoko products integrate, overlap or what?!?
I don't want toi be in the position of buying stuff, waiting for it to arrive, then using 30 day trial periods to see if I can resolve these issues to have a useable workflow. Appreciate any advice or insights from people who have walked this path before me. Thanks.

Hi... Please take a look at the tutorials page for Rokoko linked below. There you can find setup and getting started tutorials which explain the workflow for using Rokoko with iClone. These should hopefully answer any questions you may have. https://courses.reallusion.com/home/iclone/pipelines/motion-live/body-mocap-rokoko
