Had to hire someone to figure it out. I don't know how he fixed the issue, but it's finished. Wish I had a better answer for others. I honestly couldn't see what he did- during screeneshare... it was deep in the back end of my computer.

Just waned to say thank you for your time and help. I appreciate it.

As Job (animagic) has suggested the only solution for your issue is to directly contact Reallusion Customer Support using the link that he provided in his post above.

I wrote you just a moment ago. Not sure if it tagged you.  Do you think it could be that I still have cc3 installed? CC3 has all the morphs sliders. CC4 is the one I'm having trouble with.

thanks again

CC3 and CC4 are independent instalations, so that would not be the problem.

As Gerry explained, installing of content goes via the Content Manager; the Hub is for software and plugins.

In the Content Manager you should see the content that you have. If it needs to be installed there is a green circular arrow superimposed on the icon for the pack.

If you are not familar with the differences introduced in CC4, the Manual may be helpful: https://manual.reallusion.com/content-manager/2.0/00-welcome/welcome.htm.

As your problem seems to be rather unique, it may be time to contact support at: https://www.reallusion.com/CustomerSupport/UserEx/QSubmit.html?type=product.

Gerry,

Thank you so much. I really am so grateful to you for taking the time to screenshot and describe in such detail. Massive thanks!

I did every move you listed, including rebooting the system and it still is still missing those morphs sliders, as well as missing all the others.  (Same issue exactly).

It has all the face sliders, head parts. But its doesn't have a single one throughout the list, all the way down to the teeth, that allows me to make the height taller/longer. I use to be able to adjust between the knee and ankle, elbow to wrist, neck etc... any for height lengthening are gone.

Do you think it could be "tracking back" to a system file from the last set up. So sorry, again for my vocabulary... I just remember that sometimes when I do upgrades, or reinstalls, that the system, will still trace back to the back end of the computer. I've had to go an find it and delete it so it will recreate the path with the new set up.

The Hub won't install content packs, it's only for software.

You need to use the Content Manager to install and use content.

Open the Content tab and make sure that Template, Pack and All are selected. Click the "Filter" box to expand it.

Once expanded select "Not Installed" from the list.

Click the Refresh button.

A green progress bar will show in the bottom of the window while the content is being synced with your account at Reallusion.

Depending on the number of items not installed this can take some time to complete. Once finished the content panel will show thumbnails of any and all packs not installed on your system. These thumbnails will be Black & White with a small green cloud icon. Double click on each one and wait until the thumbnail changes from B&W to a colour one indicating that the items are now installed.

Once everything is installed it's best to exit CC and restart it again.

"Have you checked that you have all your purchased Morph packs installed in CC4?"

Thank you so much for replying and trying to help me figure this out.

Those sliders/morphs aren't there. Yesterday, I did a un-install and a reinstall on both CC4 & Headshot. I did a full system computer reboot as well. I understand about using the sliders from my years in CC3. But my CC4 is missing all of them. (I will try to attach a photo of it... having some problems sending.  I keep getting error messages.) But those morphs are not available or showing presently in my Modify window- where you posted photo of.

I'm not sure if there is another way to install the morph packs, but I did it through the HUB. Please advise if I'm missing something. In CC3, they just loaded in when I installed the program (CC)  and plugin (Headshot).

I know that sometimes we need to remove previous paths that the programs auto generate, when doing reinstalls.  Do you think that the new install cuold be tracking-back to the old system files? Sorry I'm not a super tech person. My vocabulary isn't probably correct. I hope you get my meaning.

Thanks again for your time and support. I appreciate it fully.
