I had just used the mesh to head feature on the same model about two hours ago and it had worked fine. Now every time I try to do mesh to head CC4 says: Failed to record undo/redo step. Undo manager will restart. Then CC4 closes without error.

Please try closing down CC4 and restart your computer. Then try again.

If the problem persists, please check how much free space you have on the C: drive? By default temporary files are saved to the C: drive so the error may indicate you have run out of space for the temporary files needed to undo.
