I work with iClone 7.9. I lastly purchased 2 characters, made a project with them and everything was OK. Now I bought a new PC (the first was too old) and installed iClone on that computer. I copied the templates and the projects to the new PC. I can use my projects and all the things I purchased before BUT ... in that PC iClone treats the last 2 characters that I did buy as TRIAL however they were regulary purchased (and already normally used on the first PC). I can't get rid of the watermark on those 2characters. What is wrong and what can I do??

Hi...

In iClone 7 on the new computer, select Help > Content 1-Click Verification. This should verify all content in your library has been purchased and remove any watermarks.

Thanks for your advice but when I click on "Help" there is nothing like "content" or "verification" so I can't do what you suggest. Why? I tried the item "activate library" but that didn' make any difference.

Thanks for explaining more. 

If you are not able to activate the content successfully yourself, please contact Support using the link below. They will be able to check that the two characters are correctly registered to your account (the same one iClone 7 is registered under) and correct any problems there.
